Prohibited materials
The offers, creatives and destinations we will not run, and the documentation we may request instead.
The list below is not exhaustive. Where a campaign sits close to a line, we will ask for documentation before launch — and we would rather decline early than pause a campaign after it has spent.
1. Absolutely prohibited
- Illegal products and services, including unlicensed pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods and stolen credentials.
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, forced installs, browser lockers and scareware.
- Phishing, fake login pages, or impersonation of banks, payment providers or government services.
- Content that sexualises minors, or any targeting of advertising to children.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that discriminates against protected groups.
- Human trafficking, forced labour, or recruitment schemes that require payment.
- Weapons, explosives and other goods restricted by the destination market.
2. Prohibited without written approval
- Adult content — only in separate adult inventory where permitted by the publisher and the destination market.
- Gambling and betting — operator licence for the target GEO, responsible-gaming notices and age gating.
- Crypto and trading — no guaranteed returns, no fabricated testimonials, no impersonation of public figures.
- Dating — profiles of real people require documented consent; no explicit creative in mainstream inventory.
- Financial services — lending, credit repair and insurance offers must state typical terms and be licensed where required.
- Political and issue advertising — reviewed case by case against local election law.
3. Creative we reject
- Fake system alerts, fake security warnings or fake messages from a known contact.
- Fabricated countdowns, invented stock levels or false scarcity claims.
- Before/after imagery that misrepresents typical results.
- Celebrity or government endorsements that did not happen.
- Auto-playing sound, full-screen takeover without a close control, or exit-intent traps that cannot be dismissed.
- Landing pages that differ materially from the approved creative.
4. Destinations we will not link to
Landing pages must load reliably over HTTPS, show a privacy policy and contact route, and avoid auto-downloading files, chaining multiple popups or redirecting to unrelated domains. Cloaking — showing reviewers a different page from the one users see — ends the account immediately.
5. Documentation we may request
- Gaming or betting licence for each target market.
- Corporate registration matching the advertiser account.
- Substantiation for financial or earnings claims.
- A list of traffic sources for performance offers.
- Written consent for any recognisable person shown in creative.
6. Enforcement
Campaigns that breach this list may be paused without notice. Repeat breaches, cloaking or fraud end the account, and unpaid balances linked to invalid traffic are not released. Advertisers can appeal in writing to [email protected].
7. Report a concern
If you see an ad on our network that appears to breach this policy, send the URL, a screenshot and the time you saw it to [email protected]. We investigate every report and remove confirmed violations.
