Refund policy

Deposits on jianghongtao.com are prepaid advertising credit, not a subscription. This policy explains when a balance can be refunded and how the amount is calculated.

1. Unused balance

Unused credit stays on your account and does not expire. You are not required to spend it within a fixed period, and there is no monthly fee for holding a balance.

2. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund of unused credit by writing to [email protected] from the email address on the account. Requests are reviewed case by case. To qualify:

• The account must have no active or paused campaigns with unreconciled delivery.
• The request must be made within 90 days of the deposit being credited.
• The payment must have cleared and be traceable to the account holder.
• The account must not be under investigation for invalid traffic, fraud or a policy breach.

3. What is deducted

Refunds are issued for the unused portion of the deposit, net of:

• Bonus credit — promotional credit is not refundable and is removed first.
• Payment costs — bank, wire and processing fees actually incurred, where they are not recoverable.
• Spend already delivered — including delivery later found to be invalid, where that traffic has already been paid for.

4. Non-refundable items

• Bonus and promotional credit of any kind.
• Spend on campaigns that have already run, including traffic later blacklisted.
• Custom production work, private placements and setup agreed in writing.
• Amounts tied to confirmed invalid traffic, chargebacks or policy breaches.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source where possible, in USD, within 10 business days of approval. Where the original source cannot receive the funds, we will agree an alternative with you in writing. Third-party bank charges are borne by the recipient.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. A chargeback raised without prior contact may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed, and any bonus credit being forfeited.

7. Publisher payouts

This policy covers advertiser deposits. Publisher payouts are governed by the publisher agreement, including validation of traffic and the monthly payment schedule confirmed during onboarding.
